Multi Wallet Alerts trigger when five (5) wallets that are tracked in a server buy or sell a coin or if three (3) wallets transfer SOL to the same address. These numbers can be changed within the Settings Menu.
Multi Wallet Alerts will be sent in whichever channel you selected in the Settings.
